Ingredients

  • .75 part honey-ginger syrup
  • 1.5 parts Laphroaig 10 Year Single Malt Scotch Whiskey
  • .75 part Lemon Juice
  • 2 parts Connemara

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and shake with ice
  2. Serve in a rocks glass with one large ice cube
  3. Add floater of Laphroaig
