Job Description
We have an immediate need for a part-time Cashier/Stocker role. Experience in the liquor/retail industry a huge plus but not necessary! Part-time days, evenings, weekend, and holiday shifts available, 20-29hrs per week

Requirements:
– Friendly, positive attitude.
– High level of personal integrity
– Maintain a consistent work track record.
– Ability to ID / committed to stopping underage access.
– Committed to teamwork and individual productivity.
– Ability to lift 30+ pounds.
– Basic computer knowledge / able to maintain an accurate register.
– Evenings and Weekends Availability.
– Holiday availability.
– Must be at least 21 years of age.

MGM Liquor Warehouse in RED WING, MN is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our nine person strong team.

This is a full-time position with up to 20hr per week.

The starting wage is $17-$18.50/hr depending on qualifications.

 

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager with training employees and monitoring operations to ensure customers’ expectations are exceeded
  • Learn to staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
  • Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
  • Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
