*15-29 hours per week – $15-$16/hr

MGM Liquor Warehouse in RED WING, MN is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our nine person strong team.
This is a full-time position with up to 20hr per week.
The starting wage is $17-$18.50/hr depending on qualifications.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager with training employees and monitoring operations to ensure customers’ expectations are exceeded
- Learn to staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
- Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
