Sourced from the South Island of New Zealand, this Sauvignon Blanc exhibits complexity and a vibrant zing. Flavors of Meyer lemons and Key limes integrate with hints of grapefruit, gooseberry and citrus, culminating in a long, creamy finish. Long, cool seasons in New Zealand’s Marlborough region allow our grapes to mature slowly and gain character and complexity. The grapes are harvested at night and gently crushed before undergoing cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. An extended fermentation sur lie adds richness and softness, complementing the fruit’s natural zest and acidity.

Chianti– Ruby red color. Fruity nose, cherry driven, fresh palate of light cherry fruit, soft, smooth and well balanced with gentle tannins. Serve it at 18°C with pasta dishes, pizza, chicken roast.

Memoro Rose– Light, fresh and bright, displaying aromas of raspberry, red currant and delicate wild mint notes. Good palate weight, with ripe flavors of strawberry, raspberry and red cherry. Well balanced and clean finish. A versatile wine enjoyable at 12°C., great as an aperitif or with light meals, white meat or flavorful fish.

Memoro Rosso– A warm, modern style with notes of dark cherries, figs and coffee in a delicate oak frame. Generous on the palate, revealing a bright, fruity core. Concentrated, exposing great structure ,yet harmonious and soft . Long, dense finish. Serve it at 18°C with game or red meat.

Pinot Grigio– Straw yellow in color with greenish hues Piccini Pinot Grigio is light- medium bodied wine. On the nose it shows immediate forward flowery bouquet and fruit, especially apple and peach, holding a firm and fruity palate. Its crisp acidity balances well with the soft character recommending it as a pleasant and easy to drink wine. It pairs well with Mediterranean cuisine: antipasti or white meat. It is great with sea food. Recommended serving temperature is 10 °C.
