	Knappogue Castle 12 year – A lovely pale straw/yellow color reminiscent of Muscadet white wine; ideal purity. Entry is balanced, focused, and integrated, slightly astringent and nicely fruity. Midplate has delicate tastes of marshmallow, brown sugar, oaky vanilla, and marzipan.
